Shut-off Valve and Tampering
- It is recommended that you have your own shut-off valve on your side of the meter. If you do not have one and request that our valve be turned off, a $45.00 fee will apply.
- If you tamper with our valve and cause any damage, you will be responsible for a $750.00 fee in addition to the cost of materials and repairs.
