Notice of Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Directors:
Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Deanville Water Supply Corporation is held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Water Office in Deanville, Texas.
If you wish to be placed on the agenda for one of the corporation’s board meetings, please complete the form below and return it to our office. The form must be submitted no later than the Monday of the week prior to the scheduled meeting.
Notice of Annual Members Meeting and Elections to be held on April 28, 2026:
- Annual Meeting will be held at the Deanville Fire Dept at 7:00 pm.

- Members set to vote on two (2) Directors seats and to adopt revised USDA-RUS By-Laws. You can pick up a copy of the revised USDA By-Laws at our office. Election Ballots can be mailed or dropped off at our office in the election box. We will also have ballots available at our annual meeting.
- The two incumbents running for re-election are John Moore and Patrick Ubernosky. Recently elected to fill a vacant seat, Patrick brings fresh ideas and a new perspective to the board. John Moore offers over 30 years of experience as a board memeber.
